Returns:

For all non personalized products you have 14 days to return the item if you are not happy.

If you receive your shipment and an item is damaged or defective, please advise us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can organize a return and replacement of the item.

Personalized items are made to order and therefore can not be returned unless damaged or defective.

How The Toker Box Came to Life -

Hi, I’m originally from southern California, but these days you’ll find me soaking up the Mediterranean sun in beautiful Spain. My journey into creating handcrafted stash boxes and accessories started from a very personal place — I was simply looking for a quality stash box for myself. I wanted something that not only looked good but also felt good — something that was high-quality, sustainably made, and had character.

But after searching high and low, I couldn’t find anything that really fit what I was looking for. With a background in woodworking, I decided to take matters into my own hands — literally. I started designing and building my own stash box. It was important to me that it wasn’t just beautiful and functional, but also environmentally responsible. I chose sustainable materials and put extra care into every detail, from the wood grain to the joinery.

Soon enough, friends started asking if I could make one for them too. Then it spread locally. One order turned into a few, and a few turned into a small stream — and that’s when I realized there was something special here. So, I took the leap and launched my own online shop/website, and then opening an Etsy store to share my creations with people around the world.

Since then, the response has been amazing. It brings me so much joy to help customers bring their ideas to life — whether that’s through custom engravings, personalized touches, or entirely new design options. Seeing people connect with something I’ve made is truly the most rewarding part of what I do.

I’m incredibly grateful for all the customers who’ve supported my small business over the years. Your trust, feedback, and encouragement have meant everything to me, and you’ve helped shape what this business has become.
