-If you are not satisfied with your order for whatever reason, please get in contact and we will help you to initiate a return, you have 14 day period to return your package in it's original condition.

-If you receive your shipment and an item is defective, please advise us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can organize a return and replacement of the item.

*All of our merchandise that is sold personalized by the customer, is made to order and therefore, cannot be returned unless defective.
