Shipping to the EU: orders are dispatched within 2 business days, shipment time is between 3-5 business days from dispatch.

Shipping International (Countries outside of the EU): orders
are dispatched within 2 business days, shipment time is between 5-7 business days
from dispatch.

Tracking information is provided via email once shipment takes
place.

If you receive your shipment and an item is damaged or defective, please
advise us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can organize a return and
replacement of the item.

All of our inventory is made to order and therefore cannot be returned
unless damaged or defective.

Design your own Toker Box with by following 'Design A Box' in the top menu
bar. Here you will be able to upload an image to be laser etched into the lid
of the box. Leave us a note once the image has uploaded with any special instructions
or additional messages that you would like to be added.

from sustainable bamboo wood which is a rapidly renewable resource, which we
have procured responsibly to minimize environmental harm and we are
continuously seeking ways to make our production process even more
